Earthquake cake is super yummy. It has coconut flakes, and pecans on the bottom. It has a chocolate cake with powder sugar and cream cheese on the top. Really delicious

Goulash
For dinner we made goulash and it super good. It's basically cooked spaghetti it had macaroni noodles, meat, cottage cheese, one raw egg, and spaghetti sauce. You mix it all together and you cook it for 40 minutes. It was so good and tasted amazing.

Salad
I'm trying to get back on to the healthy side of thing. I have to cut out all gluten because of my thyroid.
For dinner I had, a chicken salad, with homemade Italian dressing, with fresh cooked chicken and a little bit of bacon. Very yummy, super healthy, and very quick.

Smoothie
For a snake I made a smoothie. One whole banana (peeled), 8 fresh strawberries and coconut water. Super quick. Really tastes good and pretty healthy.

Lettuce wrap
For lunch, I made a yummy lettuce wrap. It was very tasty. It had a healthy vibe to it and it's so fresh. I added meat, onions, some parsley, and a little bit of salt to it. So good and so healthy. Also very quick and simple

Pesto noodles
For dinner, I made chicken,, with noodles and added pesto sauce. It was really good! I also added a little bit of lime and it just dressed it up a little bit! Tasted amazing and looks amazing!

Chicken and greens
Tonight for dinner. I made breaded chicken, broccoli and green beans. I personally really enjoyed this meal for dinner. It's healthier and the taste was really satisfying! I would really suggest this meal for dinner, it's something easy, quick and healthy!
